Would definitely recommend a different tour operator. The Hoover Dam tour is a joke. We didn't even do everything that was sold to us, we were sold on this trip because you also got to stop and take a picture with the "welcome to fabulous las vegas" sign. We didn't even get to drive by it much less stop. Good luck if you decide to do this trip with Gray Line.
We had bus 5609 (Ryan) today the 26th of Dec. He was very knowledgeable and had background that we had never heard. Kept on track without hurrying us. The Grand Canyon tour is a must see.
Awesome tour with Jay on coach number 5612 to the west rim. She was informative, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Her jokes and information she provided really made us relax and thought we were well taken care of. One of the nicest coach drivers I've ever had. Well organised tour as well even though the check in process was a little time consuming. Well recommended.

We did the West Rim tour on Sept.5 which we really enjoyed. The driver was very professional and quite informative. The only disappointment was the buffet food at Guano which was awful. We ate the bun and that was it.
Had the pleasure of taking a bus from Vegas to Laughlin for the day. Our bus driver Milton was an awesome cheery guy, told funny stories (he ended every sentence with "OK") along the way, watched some cheesy movies while cruising through the desert. Nice lobby in Vegas where you can get a bite to eat in the morning before you go on your trip, a pleasant surprise in a town where you don't what to expect.
I would like to say thank you to our driver today mark. He show us more than me even expected. We enjoyed his company as our driver to the Hoover Dam and on the way coming back he also show us other places to have fun. I've already recommended this company to a few family members who is coming to Vegas to book you guys. Thanks again and the timing was PERFECT. More companies need more drivers like him.
Excellent tour! Was fun and easy, thanks to Felix our tour guide/driver. I recommend anyone taking the tour to request Felix as their guide!
