My husband and I were on the tour to South Rim Grand Canyon Aug 30th 2016 we were promised a refund on that day which would take 3-5 business days which we have not yet received .., this was a day from hell bus broke down which is understandable but there was so much miscommunication with Greyline and the driver and guide on that day 15 hours of heat, being scared not knowing what's happening and so on... Greyline needs to do what was promised and give us our refund .. Totally dissatisfied
Ryan took good care of us to and from The Grand Canyon today. He explained all the stops and activity options well and got us to and from our destination ahead of schedule.
My Review on TripAdvisor: I can not believe how horrible this company has treated us. My boyfriend and I received a promotional coupon for a 2 for 1 tour to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon with Gray Line Bus tours (turns out we paid full price for both so 1st scam). I booked over the phone for August 9th and was told about the tour but not the fact that the pick up is not the pick up to the Canyon, it is the pick up to their facility. We are currently still waiting on this bus at 5pm which was the estimated time we were supposed to be back to our hotel. The sites at the Hoover Dam were amazing, but this company clearly doesn't understand the definition of an "express" trip. We were told to be back on the bus at 4:15 which the driver said if we all made it back earlier than that, that we could make it back for happy hour. Very disappointed. The picture at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. We were told do not stand in line. Get your picture from the side. We were allowed 5 min. The bus actually left behind 4 people and he had to turn around to go get them. The meal which we were told was a buffet. Was a little 3 item tour menu. What a joke!!! Oh and one of our stops was a chocolate shop. It was closed due to construction. I'm guessing that must have happened over night. We bought our tickets yesterday and now it's closed.. Had a awesome trip to the south rim Grand Canyon. My driver Richard was the best.
We went on the west rim tour to the Grand Canyon. I was nervous as I knew the trip was a long day however I absolutely loved the experience. What made the trip was our bus driver Thomas! He had everyone laughing the full way and back. He also knew so much about the area and made a long trip seem short! What an excellent member of the team who really made our trip! Thanks Thomas you are hilarious ☺️
