Been stranded in the Grand Canyon for over 6 hours. People are going to miss flight!
Very disappointed and very expensive tour! I am very dissatisfied about the tour. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not join any tour from this company in my life anymore.
Here I am to complain the worst tour of my entire life, ever. I booked two tickets for me and my son for the Grand Canyon South Rim on the Jan 22nd, for the price of $99(total $198 for both of us). As I was staying at my friend's house in Henderson, I was picked up at the promised time, which was the only thing that was kept as it said on the website. Took the Vegas/south rim tour on 12/12. Driver used recorded tour guide but didn't play ANY videos - when asked why, he said he didn't bother with videos anymore so a 5 hour trip up and 5 back went with no movie. We didn't bother to tip. Really should rethink that Subway stop in the way back - filthy place.
Had a great experience. Driver Thomas did a wonderful job. Only thing is that they should inform you that there are no stops for breakfast or snacks in the morning on the way to the Grand Canyon. If we knew we would have had coffee at the bus depot. Great day despite the weather
