I had such a great time during my Hoover Dam trip. My bus driver, John, was very friendly and accommodating. I was well taken care of along with my friends. We had a lot of time to explore and enjoy the scenes. I can't wait to take another Gray Line trip!
It was great picked up on time ride was long but entertaining with the driver and movie
Took the west rim tour yesterday, stopped at the Hoover dam & grand canyon, Felix our driver was a great guy very helpful & provided plenty of information on route, canyon blew our minds, an absolute must if you stay in Vegas, only downside was hitting rush hour traffic on way back to hotel where we had 10 hotel drops and we were last drop, but that's the luck of the draw.
John Price is completely unprofessional and completely lacking in human compassion. After having a sick daughter who could not go on the tour, (with several employees who served as witnesses) I rescheduled a tour. The morning employees witnessed my daughter' sickness and even offered to take us back to our hotel. However, even though we hoped to go on our tour later, my daughter wasn't feeling better so I called to cancel. I was transferred to the manager, John Price, to discuss a refund. It was a great experience BUT the elevator to go down was broke which was a bummer so the tour was cut short and everyone was just rushing to do everything in 2 1/2 hour. Got some money back. Would love to do this again!
We had a great experience from start to finish. From the hotel pickup to the hotel drop off everything was perfect. I would recommend to everyone!
