My wife and I took the south rim tour of the grand canyon yesterday with ur company and we both had an exceptional day out. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially hoover dam and the canyon itself, which was breath taking to say the least. My only wish would have been to spend a bit more time there but with failing light cause of the time of year and a near 600 mile round trip to get thru, it was understandable. The south rim 12 hours plus trip turned into a much longer for us. The driver was horrible and weaved back and forth a lot leaving us neaused. Rent a car and drive yourself instead.
Would never recommend Gray Line Las Vegas to anyone there are plenty of other tour companies out there that offer much better service. After traveling for close to 48hrs due plane malfunctions etc I emailed the confirm team with all my details as soon as I could and they got back saying we cannot find your booking since we have changed systems and have not answered any of my emails since. I don't dislike all of Gray Line since we went through the San Francisco branch and they were nothing but helpful
The hoover dam staff were excellent, however a 4 1/2 hour trip turned into a 7 hour trip due to some many stops. Ridiculous amount of time on the bus!!
We had a good time. Bus ride home we were getting a tad claustre phobic, and wished we had rented a car
We had an exceptional time on our tour yesterday! The bus was on time, our driver was very informative, personable, and fun! My first experience st the Grand Canyon was great! Thank you Gray Line and our driver Tommy!
