My tour of the Hoover Dam was great!! However if I'm going to be on the tour for a few hours, I'm going to need a snack, of which I brought plenty and bought some at the Gray Line bus cafe. Unfortunately they failed to inform us that food and all liquids other than water were not permitted inside the tour! I had to throw out the snacks I paid for with my hard earned money!! I recommend going to the Hoover Dam as long as you know not to bring food. And of course there is a gift shop with food you can purchase...

grand canyon tour went great until the end when it took appx and hour and a half to get dropped off at pickup point. i feel it was because our dropoff was main street station and not the strip and it was not considered a prime location.
My wife and I (visiting from Wales)went on the Lake Mead Dinner Cruise and we're really disappointed on a number of counts: The departure time of 6:30 pm for the boat was too late in that it was dark very quickly so not much could be seen. Secondly, the dinner service was poor and the main mea cold. All in all, wen felt that we pid over the odds for a cruise which represents very poor value for money.
A bus with a broken AC on the way back in this summer for a Grand Canyon day tour from Vegas ! Thats pathetic service and it just ruined the awesome experience of the breathtaking canyons...
