They didn't even get process the refund since i requested to cancel the laughlin tour 3 weeks ago, we had been communicating thru email and they told me they have approved to get full refund within 7 to 10 days processing credit into my bank account however it had been past more than 10 days even later nothing show up and i feel this gray lines employees seem keep money from people without doing anything I would have contact State of Nevada and file the compliant with lack of what gray lines does. Only missed a 5 star because we were 1st on and last ones dropped off tour which added an extra 1.5 hours to our tour. Had a great time with Tommy our DAM good bus driver who was a lot of fun. Got everything we paid for and some comedy too. Thanks.
Overall a great experience...learned alot on the bus trip, and we had the best bus driver!! We went on April 13th to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, bus 5702...thank you Thomas, you were a lot of fun!!! :)
Eric was great. Tour was great. People complain they don't get enough time at the South Rim. What do you expect with an 8 hour drive round trip? I would definitely tour with Gray Line again!
For 100 years, Gray Line has been the trusted name in sightseeing tours around the world specialty in Las Vegas. With tour and excursions in more then 700 locations, spanning six conttinent. They are the largest sightseeing company in the world and world class to me and my family.
I would NOT recommend doing a tour with them to anyone and never again. I had booked the hover dam and lake mead tour. We went to the hover dam first then was supposed to go on the cruise then it got cancelled. And our driver told us he got off the phone wit his boss and they was to refund all my money back and that the whole trip was free. I haven't received anything so I called them and they say the only refunded me $130 I still haven't received that I'm still out $360.
The ride was a wonderful ride the bus driver was a but wonderful bus driver very informative the movies on the bus were great the Grand Canyon was unbelievable in the Hoover Dam was awesome
DO NOT TAKE THE RISK of living what is supposed to be a beautiful experience with this servicer! If i could put ZERO stars I would. I don't write reviews typically but i HAD to share my experience with this company because it was the most horrible experience in my life!
