Had a great trip to Hoover dam and the Grand Canyon our driver Thomas was very informative and funny all in all a great day
Just returned from our West Rim Grand Canyon luxury limo tour with Kevin! What can I say... We loved him. Felt like he was always willing to go the extra mile for you, answering all our questions and explaining how to manage our time at the grand canyon to make the most of it and he wasn't wrong.
Gray Line is a great tour company. Very organized, many different tour options/additions, and all of the employees were friendly and personable (especially first thing in the morning at 6 AM). Shout out to our bus driver, Felix, who was absolutely amazing! Thank YOU! �

Very good service from the beginning to end. Tyler was our driver and he was incredibly accommodating. Always on time and extremely nice. Great knowledge of the tour we were on. Since we were in the desert, he had a very DRY sense of humor. Lol. Highly recommend and would request Tyler again for our touring needs. �����
Gray Line Tours is awesome for seeing the Las Vegas icons (Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Strip) and they offer several options for the way you want to see them. You can ride in a super comfy 56-passenger coach or in luxury Mercedes Sprinter that seats 12. Also, you can upgrade your tour with helicopters, boats and planes - awesome ways to get different views. They've been around since 1912 for very simple reasons - great products, great service and great prices!
We did the hoover dam and grand canyon tour, to our horror on both tours the so called professional drivers especially the grand canyon driver were continually texting on their private mobile fones to the extent where they were swerving out of their lanes and the hoover dam driver even hit a rock wall with the front right hand wheel. Gray line management "NOT IMPRESSED"
It was great and the driver of the bus Tommy T he made the trip just fabulous
Today we done the west rim, our driver was awesome, friendly and funny!! I'm sorry we don't remember his name but highly recommended.
