Recently took a tour and plan on taking many more with this tour company! The customer service was outstanding and very professional. Enjoyed every minute of the tour.
Great tour to the South rim at the Grand Canyon. Our driver was great. Even though the drive was long he kept us entertained and informed. Cannot thank him enough. He also made sure that we saw different parts of the Canyon and helped to make the trip very memorable. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the Grand Canyon. Can’t wait until our next trip to Las Vegas so we can pick a another tour to take.
My family and I did two different tours with Gray Line and had a fabulous trip both times. This company is so professional in what they do and treating their customers.They are the cream of the crop and treat you like your most important to them. So looking forward to next tour. Never book this tour. Just painful. Bad tour guide, bad food, never took us to hoover dam as paid for. At the end of a very long day, bus driver handed us off to Bill who took almost 2 hours to take us to our hotel that was 10 minutes away.
Kevin was great. Loved the trip. Great scenery and views.
