Ofrecen algo que no es. Algunos trabajadores tenían pésima disposición sobre todo con los que hablábamos español. El guía al finalizar el tour no nos dejó en nuestro hotel con la excusa de que había mucha espera y su día había comenzado a las 4 de la mañana y había sido un día cansador para él y la conductora y que esperaba que pudiésemos comprender (?) Del 100% del tour que ofrecía en español, solo habrá sido un 30% lo que nos explicaron en nuestro idioma. No lo recomiendo en absoluto
We did the deluxe tour with lunch. The tour itself was great. Tour guide, Tony, was exceptional. Then comes lunch. We’re taken to the most disgusting lodge for lunch. With two kids I tow it was like walking into a cigar bar. You couldn’t breathe and now your stuck here for two hours because the driver drops you off. Disgusting!! We are sitting outside in the hundred degree heat waiting for our ride because being inside is nauseating.
We did the Grand Canyon VIP dining experience and it was amazing!! A small glitch with the dining reservation, but sorted out. Very friendly staff, comfy seats and our driver Kevin was both funny and knowledgeable. We had a blast!! Would reccomend it to anyone.
Best Tour! We have had a few tours in America but this was by far the best. We had the Grand Canyon South Rim Tour Limo Van with Tyler. He went above and beyond the whole day and made our day extra special. The tour was already good but Tyler made it excellent and much more personal. Will be recommending this tour to others in the future for sure! But definitely try and ask for Tyler � From the 3 Aussie woman who loved the squirrels ��� �
Tour in SPANISH 2018 on April 10 We had a very unpleasant experience with the man who received us to 'explain' the tour, from your Gray Line company to where Viator diverted us (they are already informed) ...
