March 2018 Worth every dollar and every moment. Professional, knowledgeable staff expect for the last driver home to the hotel, extremely rude to everyone. I mean frighteningly so. Thomas was the best. This is my third time visiting Vegas. I was so excited to get the same tour guy again. He made my mom and sister feel special for their birthday. He and the other guests on the tour bus song Happy Birthday to them. If anyone read this review and use Gray Line tours. Please request for Thomas. You will not regret it. Thank you so much Thomas. The experience with the company was good not great. The best part of the whole tour was Tony, our bus driver!
Loved Kevin and his black limo. Well worth the extra money. Professional, kind and personable all at once. Knowledgeable and safe.
My husband and I took the limousine tour. We fully enjoyed the day. We enjoyed a lovely lunch and saw all the beautiful sights. Our driver Kevin was very positive, friendly, helpful and very informative! We would do this trip again in a heartbeat. Loved everything about it.
Think twice if you are booking for any of your tour through Gray line from Las Vegas. They are very good in selling initially with teaser pricing and hide several fine print items till the last minute. Their itinerary to major attractions change very quickly without prior warnings. Also they spend on an average 1 and half hours each time for pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. Total 3 hours of your precious time is wasted in transfers and pickup/ drop off only.
