Took the half day to Hoover Dam. A/C sucked on the bus and the dropping off at EVERY hotel on the strip took longer then the Dam tour Also, the audio part of the tour was scratchy and even when the narrator wasn't actively speaking the pfft pddt pfft pddt pfft would sound. annoying.
Amazing mini tour with Lafayette Jackson - a funny kind and knowledgeable guide who ensured the enjoyment of every passenger on his coach! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour and this company to anyone!
We went to the Grand Canyon on a tour with Kevin. The Mercedes van was extremely comfortable. Kevin was genuine, caring, entertaining and amusing. I would highly recommend Kevin and would certainly ask for him on my next visit. Thx Kevin, you're one in a million.
Excellent visit of Hoover Dam and tour of the Grand Canyon! Our driver was Mr. John Hughes, and he was absolutely the best! A true professional and gentleman, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Gray Line for making our first trip to the Grand Canyon a memorable one!
NEVER USE This company!!!!! Clients were scammed! Client sent us and shared on social media!!! Teri - Grayline Bus Company, Las. Vegas-Worst tour company ever. BOoked a tour of Hoover dam and a dam tour and a cruise on the paddle wheel boat to the dam and down lake Mead . All day trip. Didn't even get to the dam before were told the dam tour was cancelled because of mechanical failure... Then told the lake tour was cancelled because of an issue with the boat mechanics. My sister & I had a great trip to Hoover Dam & the Grand Canyon including the Sky Walk. Our driver Dwayne was brilliant, knowledgeable & funny. The logistics were well organized given how many people are on the tours. The bus was 15 mins late in the morning & as expected there were multiple drop offs when we returned. I think both of those points are reasonable when going on coach trips with many other people. A great day out & well worth the money. We booked online with Viator.
The tour disappointing. Apparently the park is under construction which the guide failed to share with the bus until we were entering the park. 4.5 hour ride and they couldn’t share that we were not going to be able to go to all the stops. However, if you wanted to upgrade your tour you got to see more of the canyon. Didn’t undergrads so our visit time in half and only went to one lookout, not 2 lookouts and no stop st El Tovar lodge as well. Grand total and hour and a half was spent inside the park.
