Tyler was an excellent driver and tour guide. We had a great and comfortable trip to Hoover dam and the West rim of the Grand Canyon. The scenery was truly awesome.
Wife and I we book for the west rim which is was amazing but the bus driver JUAN is not good are all he was passing other drivers on a two way line Hwy. Make me feel unsafe and he was rushing people all the time. And he screan to a gentleman just because he stand up to get something from hes back pack. he never turn on the tv's or the radio but at the he demanded 10 dollars per person as a tip also he dropped off a couple before us at circus circus across the street on Vegas boulevard not at the entrance like the others we g... read more
We took the Hoover Dam tour and loved it. Our driver, Tony, was great!
We had a great time today at the grand canyon. Our tour guide was awesome, and the sites were tremendous. Bus was very comfortable. Would highly recommend Gray Line tours to anyone!
Hubby and I went to the South Rim which is spectacular. I felt rushed and on pins a needles the whole trip, because the driver constantly told us that people get lost there all the time! He also told us that he is going to leave us there if we were late one minute. At the end of the day the deiver told us how lucky we are to get back safe and made us feel like a burden because he was too tired to get us back to our hotels. And in the end he went down the bus demanding tips. Next time I am renting a car!
We booked a tour South Rim Grand Canyon and had a great day.Enrique was our bus driver, he was extremely friendly, cheerful, helpful and informative about what to expect during our day. . Unfoetunately I had injured my leg before our trip to Las Vegas and ended up having to use a wheelchair to get around.. Enrique always was very courteous helping me get into my wheelchair at every stop and informing my husband about the areas that would be best for us to view the Grand Canyon..
