Gravity Fitness is wonderful! I've been coming here for 4 years now and it's become one of my favourite things during the week. The difference it has made to not only my physical health but my mental health is amazing. I started in 2019 after coming through a period of anxiety, determined to try push myself out of my comfort zone.
