Graves Brothers is on top of their game. From Chris T. (our salesman) who laid out all the options for our roof build, explained them in detail, and kept in constant contact while we tweaked things, to Stephanie and her crew on site. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered any questions, and even sent me photos. As for the crew, they were incredible, 8 hours start to finish. BLAM!!! cleaned up and gone. James L********* and Dan D**** were my Estimator and On-Site Supervisor. From the start to project completion everything went well. James was very knowledgeable on the products they used from their lowest tier to their highest. He made great recommendations and we were happy to book with Graves. Our timing was great because within a week and a half we had install day. Install day went without a hitch. The crew showed up when I was told to expect them, and they were done within 5 hours. Matt, Paquito and the team did a great job on our roof. There were a few issues to resolve on installation day but we worked through them. Matt kept me informed on what was going on and consulted with me on all issues. The only issue (why 4 out of 5 rating) was Mike mis-measured the skylights so the wrong ones were delivered. Fortunately for everyone the right ones were in stock so the job was completed in one day. We had Graves side our home replace some windows and do some roofing. Our sales person,Frankie Trigg was great. He was on time and always called back and took care of all concerns. We dealt with 12 or more people with all the different services we had. Same people stayed with the project till it was completed and made sure it was done to our satisfaction. Everyone was very professional and skilled in the project they were working on. We were so impressed we added a new porch!

We recently has our roof replaced as one part of the damage from a hailstorm back in June. The crew showed up bright and early along with a supervisor from Graves to oversee the work. The crew did a fantastic job and worked tirelessly through the day and even past sundown to get everything completed in just one day. The old roof was taken off and a new one installed. They handled everything with professionalism. Follow up the next day to make sure I was happy and believe me, I was thrilled.

Graves Brothers we’re awesome. Matt, the Supervisor and his crew Chino were outstanding. The roll off was here before 7am and taken away by 7am the day after the work was finished. The crew were here at 7am and worked until dark on the first day. Matt checked in numerous times and sent before and after pictures. I told Matt the crew were like worker bees - they were non stop! Graves Bros. completed the Roofing part of my project efficiently and with great care. Matthew was very solicitous of any concerns I might have and touched base with me during the entire project. He even sent me a picture of the work in progress. Dario and the crew did a fine job despite rain interruptions!! Clean up was great. Dumpster removed right away! Very pleased with the first part of the job. Cannot wait to see the siding done.
