I hired them to replace our windows, gutters, and siding. Things started off poorly with terrible communication and delays before work even started. When work started they had 10 non - English speaking installers which is fine, but I was unable to communicate my concerns and there were problems and concerns immediately. I would not recommend this company. I work out of town in the construction trade and I hired this company to install new exterior doors and side our home. The siding was done very well. Only issues was the language barrier of the crew we could not communicate with. The door install was TERRIBLE. To this day our doors do not work properly. I sent photos and video the day they were completed showing they were not even secure to the house and they did not latch. This company put a window in a wall where there wasn’t one, just liked I asked. They did a great job and cleaned up when they finished. I would recommend them for any home improvement projects

I will never work with this company again. Consistently, they come unprepared to a job site with missing supplies, they can’t resolve any issues. Communication is poor and the workmanship is awful. We’ll be filing a BBB complaint soon if they can’t get our issues fixed. Ever since we got a new roof, it’s been leaking and they’ve made minimal effort to resolve. The sales person didn’t even answer our text when we sent him pictures with the moldy plywood.

Terrible workmanship! Left the job and then had to come back to fix it. Their office confused the appointment dates 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, We had to get another a roofer nd lose a day for work in the process! My boss was not happy.

I am very happy with my new roof from Graves Bros. During installation on my roof the on site supervisor, Matt Van H***, and crew leader Manny were awesome at making sure every detail was performed and to my satisfaction. Matt went over all the detail and was great at answering my many questions. Manny kept the crew going on all the different areas at the same time. They spent 2 days on my roof and only took one half hour break in the 2 13 hours days they were here. Their was a mistake on my skylights and Graves replaced bot... read more

What a phenomenal experience we had getting a new roof with Graves Bros!!! During the installation of the new roof the on site Supervisor, Paul D*****, and his crew were beyond amazing!!! Paul was so friendly and kept us informed on everything. Paul’s crew were prompt, polite and did such an incredible job installing our new roof and they also did a VERY thorough job with cleanup. My husband and I have been in our house over 20 years and this was BY FAR the best experience we’ve ever had with a home improvement company.
