We're really happy with the work that Graves Bros did on our roof! We had a sagging ridgeline from some original construction issues in our 1950s home. Graves was able to quickly diagnose the issue, got us scheduled within a few weeks, and did an awesome job on the repairs. Aaron Wright estimated the job for us and was great - professional, never pushy, and highly communicative throughout the quoting process. What a fantastic job Graves Brothers. Matthew V*****n and Carlos’s crew did such a great job. They had the entire job completed in just one day. Color is great!! They made sure the entire site was cleaned up left no mess behind. All nails and debri was cleaned up from the driveway and sidewalk. These guys kept us in the loop with all the happenings of the project. We got lots of pictures from start to finish. Very happy with this. I just had Graves Brothers complete a roof on my rental. I live in Los Angeles so completed all business by email and text. They kept me and my property manager in the loop throughout whole process. They answered all of my questions and follow up was immediate. They did an exceptional job with the roof. I would recommend Graves Brothers to anyone.

Graves Brothers is on top of their game. From Chris T. (our salesman) who laid out all the options for our roof build, explained them in detail, and kept in constant contact while we tweaked things, to Stephanie and her crew on site. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered any questions, and even sent me photos. As for the crew, they were incredible, 8 hours start to finish. BLAM!!! cleaned up and gone. James was very knowledgeable on the products they used from their lowest tier to their highest. He made great recommendations and we were happy to book with Graves. Matt, Paquito and the team did a great job on our roof. There were a few issues to resolve on installation day but we worked through them. Matt kept me informed on what was going on and consulted with me on all issues. The only issue (why 4 out of 5 rating) was Mike mis-measured the skylights so the wrong ones were delivered. Fortunately for everyone the right ones were in stock so the job was completed in one day.
