They have you sign a contract- make sure you "razor" read every line of the contract. We had an unbiased structural engineers report done prior to contracting with Granite. He worked with Granite during the process. We were told upon completion of the job that there would be no more charges. We got stuck having to pay for a final report. Don't waste your time with this company. They cancelled my appointment at the last second and were very rude in discussing why. Contractors need to understand that most people have to miss work for these appointments. Not happy at all!!
