Customer service and taking responsibility for incidents is HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend this company due to the severe lack of safety standards they have. I now have a messed up car due to their inability to follow guidelines when traveling on state highways with construction equipment and materials. They almost caused a major wreck on the Hendersonville, TN bypass (Hwy 386) on Sept 16, 2024, at approximately 5:14 pm. We have over 100 trucks on the road with very little incidents. Insurance has been contacted promptly to take care of your vehicle.

It has been so disheartening to find out that the work this company did prior to the purchase of our home six years ago was not performed well... and even more so, to reach out to them six years later and still have them do nothing to correct our problems is dumbfounding.
