Their advertising claims to lift foundations driveways, concrete. This was not the case on our carport. The carport had experienced settlement and cracking. Supposedly the compound was placed under the carport and nothing changed. We were contacted by a representative of the company for an inspection afterward. We established a day and time for the inspection and he did not show up. I cannot get him to respond to this date. I think the company just took our money.

I hired olshan to waterproof my cellar. Our ideas on how to do it differed. I explained why. After all, I've been watching the water for years, but I acquiesced because they are supposed to be the experts. When it rained I found myself down there pumping water out. I sent video of my splashing around. Olshan came. It was raining. Water was seeping in as we stood there, He saw it with his own eyes. Did an excellent job on my foundation inspection after recent storm damage. They were very professional, and the communication was terrific.
Not honoring warranty because local office has closed. This is a huge problem as I would not have bought this house had I know. The warranty would not be honored.
We had 15 jacks installed under our home in March 2021 and work was done by Olshan foundation out of Henderson Tennessee. In August 2021 I called to request that a couple of the jacks be adjusted. It took two months before somebody could get out here to have a look. It is now October and The general manager, Keris C****** came to our home to inspect the issue.
