We hired this company to fix a problem with our sagging and unstable floors in March 2021. We financed $4,800 to complete the work they told us would solve the problem. Fast forward to July 2021 we notice two new areas of the floor sagging. I’m still waiting on a call back from the company. They had to come out a 2nd time to fix unaddressed issues from the initial work. After the second time around when they corrected the foundation in the rear bedroom it revealed even more significant issues in the dinning room next to that room. I’m not a structural engineer which is unfortunate because the one they said would be involved was never present.
