Chimney Pros may do a great job. However, I was turned off before signing the contract. Ted came out and inspected two chimneys. I thought he made an accurate assessment of the problem. I emailed the company a day or two later with a followup question on the work proposed. The reply was as follows ... "Unfortunately, it is our busy season, so we try to help each customer and answer all of their questions while Ted is out there. That is the best we can do. As for the questions you were asking, Ted spent an hour inspecting and explaining what needs to be done with your chimney and he thought that he had covered all the concerns you had with your chimney when he performed the estimate. Jason came and gave me quite an education on fireplaces and chimneys! He was very knowledgeable. He showed me what my chimney looked like inside and the pictures he took from the top of the roof too. I had no idea that the 2 or 3-hour logs were not good to burn or that a bunch of paper flaring up could cause the bricks to crack. I will definitely not use those logs anymore and limit the amount of paper used! I was happy with his recommendations. He gave several options, not one size fits all.
Kendrick came today and performed a cleaning and inspection on the fireplace in the home we bought recently. He was extremely prompt, personable and professional. I was even more impressed that he did everything he could to SAVE us money. We are looking forward to using our fireplace now, and will definitely be using and recommending your company in the future!

Very professional and corteous, a super nice guy! I would recommend Chimney Pro's not just because of the good price, but the nice people that work there and treat customers well.
They took time to explain what they are doing and were very respectful of our house and were patient with all my kids running around then asking questions.
Definitely a great company, I can trust them to do good work. Seems to me the guys know their stuff and get it done. Feel good about hiring them.
