I am a current 2 year resident at the *********************** Apartments in ATX, (******, **) and just want to let everyone know of the unacceptable and extremely disrespectful behavior of their leasing agent named ****. When the property emailed residents stating that they will begin enforcing NEW towing regulations, the option was given to contact the office with any questions or concerns about any violations or tags that are placed on our vehicles. WARNING: I never signed a lease and was charged a $150 admin fee just for applying!!! Scammers. I've applied to many rental properties in the past and have never been charged to hold an apartment after simply applying for it. I strongly advise anyone to not even apply. Hold on to your money and apply with a company that truly understands property management.

************* Apartments was great for a few months after I moved in. Since then, it has definitely gone downhill fast. In general, the hallway floors are disgusting, the dog park is not kept at healthy levels and smells disgusting across the entire 4th floor. I do not even have a dog, but walking close by it is hard to breathe. Lights throughout the hallways are not working half the time and flicker, they are lucky there have been no complains from people with epilepsy yet. I have been living at ******************** (previously known as ************** Apartments) since June 2020. Since new management has taken over my experience here went downhill. I have mold growing in my **** closet caused by unfixed leak which I have notified management office about October 2021 since discovering it. The leak has damaged personal property and I have yet to have the mold removed or reimbursed for my damages. Since living here, my husband and I's health has deteriorated. Received response on here to email them at their customer service email that I had already stated in my previous review that they dont respond to. One thing after another here. What a nightmare this has been. Scared for the safety of my family. And the worse part is they dont care.

I have lived at the ************* location for almost one year now. The community is generally friendly and the maintenance is more then adequate. The gripe I am on here about today is the lack of response to people smoking weed in our complex. I have contacted the property manager several times in regards to the incidents (been going on for a year now) with NO HELP. Unfortunately the housing market in ********** did not give us much choice on finding a place to live, especially with a dog. The **************** Apartments looked nice on the outside and inside, and I thought we were lucky in being able to find a place to rent at all during these times. We moved in in March, so we have been living there for two months. Seems like there is no property management at all, our emails usually ignored. Disappointing cheap place to "live." You get less than what you pay for. You tour updated apartments but they provide you with dilapidated versions. Upon move-in our promised "stainless steel" appliances were old half-functioning appliances. The dryer and water heater did not work at all. The water was ice cold until maintenance finally came multiple days later. The old stove top had only 2/4 burners working. The refrigerator had no handle. He microwave was dirty and slow.
