I've dealt with other motorcycle dealerships and car places before that are really pushy about buying something but here wasn't the case. Joel, who is the fit specialist that I dealt with was nothing short of awesome. We discussed a trade on a heritage and ran some numbers that ended up not working out at first and I said I would hold off. That was the end of the story. I walker out of the store 6 years ago after being treated like crap by the salesman. I told them they would never see me again, not even for a $1 part. I have bought two Ultras since then from Hot Rod in Muskegon. Hit them where it hurts. In the pocket book......
LOVE this place !!! I'm looking at purchasing my first Harley sometime over next few months or so and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Any question I have they take the time to answer. A friend of mine referred that this is the place to turn to and I wasn't steered wrong ...

Horrible customer service dont let them ride your bike they will lay it down on the pavement.! Then tell you that you need to turn it into your insurance... They must be smoking some good crack @Grand Rapids Harley...! Wait till your little Grand Rapid lawyer get a call from Progressive lawyers. I guarantee that you pony up for the bike... And from a business prospective it will cost you more bikes then just 1... Who is running this dealership cause i would fire your ass...!
These guys will wreck your bike on the way back from storage, then refuse to pay for it. Completely irresponsible (should have been trailered, not ridden) and unacceptable. Don't buy a bike here, and sure as hell don't store a bike with these guys.
