Very happy with my experience with Grand Rapids Harley Davidson. Their friendly staff was very helpful in assisting me with my first Harley motorcycle purchase. Devin spent a lot of time with us looking at the many different bikes that we were interested in. Jimmy in service was also very helpful and answered a lot of questions. The entire staff was very patient and knowledgeable.
My husband and I recently bought a 2016 Tri Glide Trike from Grand Rapids Harley Davidson and had the most wonderful experience, everyone that works there came out and congratulated us and shook our hands. It was quite a experience and we would like to thank Mike Vaillancourt for his help in making our dream come true. The people here are wonderful people. Went to a few other Harley shops and felt like I was nobody they go out of there way to please the customers.They walked me through each department to show me how they run there business!
Bought my first bike back in August of 2015 from my good friend Chris who's a salesman and couldn't be happier with it. Every time I go in they know me by name and help me out. Great place.
Everyone was great didn't push me to buy anything really please with all the people I would recommend anybody to get a bike from them thank you all again see you guys again soon
Earlier this spring I was going to buy a bike from GR Harley. They had a promotion going on at the time where if you trade in your bike for a new one they will give you retail for your bike. I talked with the sales manager and he told me he didn't know of they could give me retail. No reason why, just said he couldn't make a guarantees. So why would you have a promotion going on if you don't know you can fulfill it?! Don't buy from here! Go to Hot Rod Harley in Muskegon. Much better place!
While most Harley dealerships have great customer service, Grand Rapids Harley Davidson's customer service is outstanding in all departments. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone there. Thank you GRHD I love my new bike!!
