Bought my first Harley in the fall of 2014. Greg my salesman is awesome.Glenn is awesome, The rest of the staff that I deal with could use some customer service skill training.
Tried to buy a used bike there four years ago, spent the whole day looking because John the sales men had no idea what the price was on each bike, so he had to go inside each time and look it up on the computer, which took him forever each time, the bike were all priced outrageous and had height miles, I went to South Bend IN, bought a 2007 with 11000 miles for $ 14000 out the door.
This review is strictly about the Riding Academy and not the other departments. It's been 15 years since I got on a bike and the instructors got me feeling confident about my riding skills. They were professional, patient (especially when some of the students were having trouble), and trained to standards set by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. Big thanks to Russ and Bill Leonard for doing such a great job. I would write more, but I'm gonna go ride now!
