Grand Rapids Harley and their store manager Craig and the service department suck and don't care about the customer. They over charge fl!!!
Went to take the Harley Davidson riders academy and left with a 2014 Street Glide. This place is awesome not only was the academy amazing, everyone I talked to went out they're way to make sure everything was an amazing experience.

We were headed north from Toledo on vaca and broke down. We spent an entire day lounging in the service area, but we were treated like family. A special thanks to Jimmy! It was above and beyond when he offered his own bike so we could go grab some lunch. Breaking down on the first day of vacation is never how you plan it, but GRHD made it as enjoyable as anyone could. We still made our Friday night destination on schedule and had a great time on our trip.
Went in to buy my wife and new helmet, Tiffany was a huge help in picking out the right helmet and getting the right fit. While we were doing that my 3 year old daughter set her stuffed cow down and we could not find it. It was found after we left and Brandon brought it to us in Grandville. Thanks for going above and beyond keeping my daughter happy!!
Bought my first bike ever a 1200T. Love it! Worked with Bill S. he was wonderful!! He made sure I was comfortable on the bike and answered all the questions my husband and I had. We never felt pressured during the two weeks, at least, that we were in looking and sitting on numerous bikes before my final decision. Thank you Bill and the rest of the staff that took time to meet and go over everything we needed to know!!! Ride safe!
