Customer service sucks in the service department. Harley is about getting people on their bikes and back on the road safely. You major failed letting someone leave that was 350 miles away from home with a throttle problem.

I saw a 2016 white CVO Breakout on the website, no price listed so you have to inquire. I used the chat option to inquire the price. Now this is last year's model 2016 so I am looking for a deal right? The guy on the online chat and I won't use his name to save him the embarrassment, tells me the price on this 2016 CVO Breakout is $26,699 + tax,title,fees etc........Ok follow me here, a 2017 MSRP is $25,799............So every other Harley dealer sells at MSRP, but for a left over last year's model you add a grand to the MSR... read more
