Steve at the parts counter was great. Had more parts in stock at a lower price than Hot Rods in muskegon. I live in muskegon and would rather drive to GRHD. Always great service and great people in GR.
Great place for all your Harley needs. Shae in service was awesome. He helped with everything even saved me $80 off the original price that was quoted. Made plans to come back and see him in the next month or so to get a few more upgrades for my bike and can't wait for the service.
I was rear ended on my bike two weeks before we were suppose to go to Daytona bike week. They got my bike repaired in under a week! Everyone knows you by name and always greats you with a smile. :)
Impressive place! Just about everyone that worked there that I spoke with was more then friendly I was certainly pleased on how everyone acted like a pro there!
Bought my first motorcycle from Harley of Grand Rapids, and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I asked for more info on a bike to the signing of the paper, it was a first class experience!!!
I go there. Find the perfect bike for me! They run my credit and tell me there is something wrong with the bike I want. AND THEN try and sell me a bike that's more than double the price. So, I have a friend call them to see what's actually wrong with it & THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IT. If you don't want to sell something to someone tell them before you run thier credit and try to up sell them. That's just TERRIBLE salesmanship.
