I went in to sit on some bikes. But what I didn't realize that there's a difference between bike shopping and the Harley Davidson experience. When you go onto Grand Rapids Harley, you're greeted immediately and work with very competent staff. Brandon was very helpful in find a bike that fit right. Their ticket to ride program was extremely helpful and I met the rest of their knowledgeable staff from parts, gear and the shop. Seriously!! Best service ever received from a Harley Davidson Dealership! We did not have any issues with simply getting what we asked for! This team went above and beyond our expectations. Travis, Ron, Glenn, and everyone else employed at this location are absolutely phenomenal! We will not be going to any other store, for any reason (even though we live 1.5 hours away and there are several closer) because of their amazing customer service and support! I have only great things to say about Grand Rapids Harley. I have bought 6 bikes from them and have had them all serviced there with no issues. We store our bikes there every winter and have no complaints. They are like family!! You walk in the doors and you are greeted with smiles and hellos. There is no better place to go!!!!
