I went there to specifically buy a used bike they had in the basement, ended up not getting it or any other bike from them. They had no interest in selling me the used bike I wanted that was priced at $7000 they were only interested in pushing me to buy a brand new bike for $16000. No matter how many times I said no they would not give up until I walked out on them. So apparentley this place likes to let there employees joy ride costomer bikes from an off site dtorage back to the dealership and when they dump the bike doing over 20k in damage they tell the owner that the owners insurance needs to cover the damage???? What a fucking joke.

Recently bought a 2016 street glide and I couldn't be happier. The overall service was phenomenal. If you're in the market for a new bike make sure you stop and see them. My salesman was Bill and he helped in every step of the way and was very knowledgable.
I had the best experience at Grand Rapids Harley Davidson! They were very helpful and informative. Devin was a doll! He took such great care of my friend, and myself. He gave us the complete store.
