Our experience at Grand Junction VW was exceptional. Travis was patient with us as we compared different models and kept in touch with us as we continued to look at cars. We ended up coming back and purchasing a 2015 used Subaru that hadn't even made it through detail yet. They were amazing with getting things lined up for us and getting us out the door. Our experience was outstanding! Every employee that crossed paths with us was so courteous and friendly. Our salesman, Travis, was easy going and friendly. Adam in finance worked to make sure our budget was taken care of and Brian in the service department was so nice. We felt like the entire staff was willing to bend over backwards to make sure we felt comfortable and happy with our decision. We now own a GLI and a GTI. We will never car shop anywhere else.

Just an all around positive experience when the situation wasn't positive. Weston went above and beyond the call of duty. I won't go into details, but he is someone I would trust to do any work on my vanagon and that is not easy to find. Blaine and Tony were awesome and helped me enjoy waiting for the part to arrive. Best experience I've had at a car dealership or mechanic. Don't hesitate.
