Just bought THE CUTEST Jetta from Tyler, he was super helpful and easy to work with! Test drove a lot of cars yesterday, never once felt pressured! Came back today with a bunch of questions and he happily answered everyone of them.
Service dpt sucked for a first time customer experience. Brought my car in at my appt time for a 2 hour job. 2 hours later they still hadn't even started my car. Called and they said 1 more hour....showed up after that additional hour....still not done. Finally after me being there waiting they got to it and got it done asap. Gave me a descent discount for the inconvenience though. I would have rather paid full price and not had my whole day interrupted because of their problems. First impression: horrible.
