This really was an amazing experience. Travis was extremely friendly and helpful from the get go. We needed to get into a vehicle quickly but did not feel pressured to pick one. Jon and Robert were great on scheduling my service and writing up some estimates, with no pressure at all. Very friendly and professional. Performance shops wanted to charge me almost double, so my local VW shop is where I will always return. Wes Cook is the man when it comes to working on VW's. The people there are super friendly and professional. They fixed my car at a reasonable price. They sent me a video of what they did which was awesome and they washed my car afterwards. They also offered me water, coffee, and snacks while I waited. Definitely loved my experience.
