I’ve had some not great experience with my 2018 Atlas. Last year they had to rebuild the engine bc VW put in crappy oil seals and oil was leaking into the engine. Took a month. I took the vehicle in for 20,000 mile service, the next day it started bucking and the engine light , EPC code and something else came up on the display. Now (probably due to the first thing) I need a new #2 cylinder. My gripe is they sent me home today and said it was safe to drive as long as the engine wasn’t flashing. Went in because my car was making an awful noise, left knowing exactly what the problem was and it was fixed fast! So used to getting the runaround due to being a woman, but Service Manager Alex and his crew got me squared away!!
Typical service department. Tell them what’s wrong and of course “it’s not broken”. Believe me I’m not into waiting 2 hours for a battery check. I took the vehicle in because it’s not starting right. Made me feel like I was lying. But they are the closet vw dealer to me so I’ll just have to deal with it. Steer clear unless it’s warranty work

Grand Junction Volkswagon is the best place to get your car! I have also had minor work done on my car and they are very informative and friendly. The support staff is awesome too. I also used the shuttle service and the driver was super friendly.. overall, great experience. Would highly recommend them for purchasing cars !
While on vacation in Colorado, more than 1000 miles from home, our VW Toureg TDI broke down on a late Friday afternoon. We luckily made it Grand Junction Volkswagen and I cannot state our appreciation enough to have worked with Nicole, a manager in parts/service.
