VW service manager was rude and should not be in that position. Scheduled appt 2 weeks in advance as we live 250 miles away... they discovered a problem(not their fault, told them to fix it at noon on Friday at 330 we called and they said it won't be done till Monday... well we were only in Grand Oct for 3 days then heading east to visit family.. went to Glenwood and 2 hours later we are fixed....Steer clear of service dept cause they stopped working on our car to fix others when they knew we were leaving.. RecommendedHad my car in because I had the fuel pump fail. I mostly dealt with Christina and Robert in the service department, and they were amazing to work with. The service was excellent, and they went above and beyond everything to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for having an excellent service department staff!
You need a car?? Don't go anywhere else. Seriously, this place rocks! Bought a used car here. Very professional and hassle free experience. Had an issue with the radio and learned that their service department is as awesome as their sales, finance, and parts departments. Brett is the best sales guy ever. Adam helped me find a great deal on financing. Literally everyone help me when I had a small problem with the car. #bestcardealerever.

Extremely impressed by the customer service and vehicles on the lot. The sales people were not pushy at all and made the car buying experience the best I've ever had. The selection and price was the best in town and I'm very pleased with my new vehicle and service at our local Volkswagen Dealership. William and Brett were our sales guys and they were great!! I want to send a big thank you to Robert and his team at Grand Junction Volkswagen. After my car stalled on Douglas Pass even after they repaired it, they had it towed into the dealership, repaired some faulty wires they missed the first time, ran it through extensive tests, and drove it to my apartment here in Vernal without charging me a dime. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my car is safe and that it will be able to get me home in a couple of weeks. Thank you thank you thank you guys!!
