Love, Love the customer service especially around including a toddler! I do think the Spa is overpriced! I have had more included for less. Sunday brunch at the Chophouse was delicious with bottomless Mimosas! Love the trolley arrangement to the Timber Ridge and Spa so you don’t have to move your car. More experiences to come!
Stunning views, beautiful common areas, wonderful place for a conference or retreat. Rainfall showerheads a bonus!

Another year of GaryCon at the Grand Geneva. While there were hiccups, they were addressed with professionalism and in a timely manner. Over all this resort is beautiful, and every year I have an amazing time with the venue. Thank you to all your staff, and putting up with a few thousand gamers.
