I stayed one night with 2 daughter. Finding our building and room was confusing with the signs they had. The dinner was super overpriced for what we had, and a loud crowd on the balcony next to us woke us at 230am. Walls are paper thin. For the price of the room, I would stay close to town.
Lovely resort. Fantastic facilities and wonderful staff and service. The restaurants were top notch. Lots of great activities, beautiful spa and the pool is super fun., We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Shout out to Daniel, our server at The Chop House who was fabulous!!
Had an amazing weekend here. The Grand Geneva staff assisted my boyfriend in planning his proposal to me. They went above and beyond and brought his vision to life! I was blown away! My Fiancé and I will definitely be back- especially with all of the wedding planning we will be doing!
This is the place to be. Good food. The people are friendly and they welcome you with open arms. I will definitely return. Grand Geneva is beautiful ❤️
We have visited the Grand Geneva many times. This was our first 4th of July. What a great event, pool time, games and Buckie Badger, GREAT TIME!!

Great place to stay!
Let me premise this by saying-resort itself-WONDERFUL! However-back office/front desk-probably the worst I've ever seen. I planned this well ahead (our entire extended family, so close to 20 people) with a concierge. To make things seamless, we had specific plans in place for check in (4 months in advance) to avoid any mishaps. Upon check in-NOTHING was communicated. NOTHING was noted.
