RecommendedI have been staying at Grand Geneva Resort&Spa for many years and it’s always a joy every time that I visit. I enjoy the restaurants, the gift shops, the spa, fitness center, and the staff. Christmas time is my favorite time to visit Grand Geneva with the beautiful decorations on display. I highly recommend Grand Geneva if you are looking for a comfortable getaway and they play jazz music in the resort’s lobby.
Have stayed at this hotel a few times and it always was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about it.
The brunch was amazing.
Air conditioner didn’t work until 11pm the first night and food was terrible. The rest of the resort was nice but would never want to eat there again.

Best resort within an hour or so from Chicago and suburbs. Always feels like a luxurious vacation. Great entertainment and spa. Beautiful banquet rooms. Love the guest rooms with lake views and the pool! Our home away from home!
Heating and air temp not adjustable so room is 66 degrees and they sent us a small portable space heater
