A lot of dissatisfaction from start to finish! First off, as we took the grand romance package, we got given an envelope when we checked-in. We assumed that the room number, as well as the room cards, were in there as the receptionist said that we were Building 2. We walked to building 2 and we were stuck outside because we did not have any key room so we had to walk back to the lobby and come back to the building.
