I can't say enough good things about the Grand Geneva. We have been coming here for many years, with our kids and now grandchildren and we are never disappointed. Customer service, the management, the servers, housekeeping, top notch. I can't wait for our annual labor day weekend stay. Thank you.
Went here for Easter Brunch. Food was excellent - especially the desserts. What a selection!! Service was excellent. Will be back next year!!
I can’t express enough how amazing everyone was to my family! We had originally booked only Saturday night Timber Risge & last minute we decided to stay Friday night too. Even though it was SUPER busy for spring break they were able to book us here for 1 night! We couldn’t of been more thankful for a great team! thank you for a great stay:) can’t wait to come back!!!
For one night, my boyfriend and I planned to get away from Chicago and were looking for pleasant accommodations that were also affordable. For what we spent to sleep one night at this hotel, we could’ve gotten a room at any Inn or Motel and had a similar experience. The check-in process was irritating and the staff seemed disinterested at best. The room is wildly dated. Someone’s leftovers were in the fridge in the room. I found a pair of socks under my pillow the morning after I slept in this hotel. Now I know why the sheets smells dirty. The service at the lobby lounge was sooo slow and the pool had a strong chloride smell. Very dissapointed!!
