This place is amazing. Had a wonderful time. The room, the friendly service, the great location- all of it.
I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews, because our experience has been amazing from the minute we walked into the lobby. Zachary, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful to us. We had reserved a studio villa, and when we told him we had just gotten married he upgraded us to a larger villa. Everyone we have encountered has friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
We loved the Grand Geneva! It was perfect for our family. They have skiing, horseback riding and a fantastic spa! Great weekend getaway!
This review is geared towards the restaurant Chophouse. We have ate here many times before and had great meals however yesterday’s was awful. My wife had a filet Oscar style medium rare. It came out medium well and very dry. I ordered my filet medium rare also with an add on of scallops. My filet was cooked medium on half and medium rare the other half. My meal was luke warm at best. Birthday Weekend celebrating my 50th Birthday. Beautiful and gorgeous grounds. Great hot tub, great food and wonderful service. The suite was very comfortable. King size bed, there was a T.V. in the mirror in our bathroom! The food was outstanding and the Manager Kathy Sellers was fabulous! She made my birthday extra special. Rose petals on the table. Cheesecake and roses from Donna our server. It was a fabulous weekend!
