Just stayed one night, wish we could have stayed longer! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Skiing was super fun! Kids had a blast in the pool/hot tub. Definitely want to go back!
Fantastic customer service! We were there the Friday before Christmas and check-in was very busy but the line went quickly and they had an employee walking up and down the line answering questions, which helped speed up the process. Our room was luxurious, very comfortable and large, even though it was just a "regular" room (not a suite). Breakfast with Santa was fantastic; again, the service was amazing. We will be back.
There's not much I can think of that I would try and change. Perrrrfect
The room we had was 2116 the shower had no pressure at all the carpet was stained and the trim on the mirror was falling off the bed was nice and the room was clean ..but the room we had last time was much better we didnt use any of the food or drinks in the room but they charged us $21 for room tax? Why wasnt this charged at check in? I have stayed at chain hotels and never received a bill after the fact for room tax . Just saying
Perfect weekeend away. They WiFi when out but they were very accommodating. Very very christmasy
