Went to the New Year Party with dinner in the Grand Ball Room. It was highly disorganized, the check in/payment process took way too long, and there was a total lack of knowledge about what the website said vs what employees were saying about the event. Food was good, and plenty of it (though, the website advertised a Crab Cake action station, that was nowhere to be seen) but all in all not worth the $$$ to attend. Absolutely beautiful Suite accommodations! Wonderful attention to every detail! Love the amenities in the Geneva Club room! Family had a wonderful time at New Year's Eve party!

The resort is excellent... clean, good service, polite conceirsge, and lots to do! Yesterday we had spa treatments, best massage of my life 😊 Today we skied and although I couldn’t recommend the group lessons, we had a blast. The entire place is beautifully decorated for Christmas, and with the “buy two get a night free” deal, I can’t complain. One downside: I literally begged management to let us bring our dog, my daughter’s ESA, and they said no because he is over the weight limit. While checking in, we saw not one but tw... read more
