Avoid this company. I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience trying to book the white water kayaking activity with Glyn. I spent a week chasing via email and text for basic details like the time and location so I could plan the rest of the day as it was a birthday. I just kept being told it would be morning or afternoon and to wait as he'd let me know. What an absolutely fantastic experience! We were total beginners - never done anything like this before and we are by no means adrenaline junkies but wanted to add a bit of adventure to our Snowdonia break. 2 adults and an 11 year old. Glyn was brilliant, informative and patient with the group. You can’t get much more authentic than this!
