Everyone is extremely welcoming and they are wonderful with kids. They even got my 3 year old to try a vegetable - love what they are doing here!
Amazing gym if you want to learn real self defense and fighting technique. They are great with the kids and it is just a really positive atmosphere. :D My daughter and I love it here!
