Gracie Barra Cool Springs is a great place to train. The training is excellent. Professor does an excellent job explaining the techniques and helping you understand the fundamentals. The environment is always friendly and welcoming. Not to mention the mats are always clean and they have plenty of different classes throughout the day for those of us with busy schedules.
I absolutely cannot get enough! Losing weight, learning martial arts, and all in a family environment...I can't recommend it high enough! Try it and see!
