My husband went here for an emergency when we got the bills in the mail that we couldn't pay online (hello it's 2015). I told him to pay in person. They took his payment and we thought we were done. Oh no next thing we know bill collectors are calling and sending letters. They must have missed the other bill. Incompetence is very annoying.
Visited this absolute hell hole after an accident complaining of shoulder pains. These jackasses sent me to an "orthopedic specialist". This guy decides that it's acceptable to smack the shit out of my shoulder and say that having a divit in my shoulder joint, and being able to lift my shoulder blade over top of my shoulder is a posture issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
I just moved to Lubbock and had my first appointment with Dr. Jeff Hannel last week. That day he discovered a problem with my heart and contacted a cardiologist who also saw me the same day and the problem is being taken care of. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire staff of the clinic, how they keep it clean and how friendly everyone is. I won't go anywhere else for treatment but Grace Clinic
