What has happened to Grace Clinic???!!! I have been waiting to see my doctor since 1:30!!!! Finally get in and they immediately send me to lab. Go there and wait forever!!! Finally went up and interrupted the girls visiting and having fun to ask about my labs!!!! They had been sitting on them!!! They assured me the doctor would know I went back to wait another eternity and sure enough- no one told them I was back!!!! In the mean time the doctor left!!!!! Now I gave to see a PA!!!!! Dr. George and his staff are amazing! I would be lost without them! I truly believe that Dr. George needs to wear a superhero cape because he will always be a true superhero to me and my family! Thank you for all you do!
We get an appointment. Check in...get rustled to a separate area.... check in there.... wait.... get skipped over because we need to check in yet again.... its like a meat market ..... insurance Medicare money wanting careless assistance... then they look at you like your crazy and should be bowing to them for service. No apology. .. no empathy ... You have to just wait for them to put the cheese out while you wait n try to find it!
Love my doctor but every time I go there is an issue with the clinic. I wish their process was way smother!
I have been waiting for almost 45 minutes for my 9 am appointment. If I had been 15 minutes late, they would have canceled my appointment, yet they think it is ok to make me wait hours!
Great experience with the walk-in! Very fast, professional, and helpful. My walk-in doctor, Dr. Brinker, listened and truly cared what I had to say. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt as well! Will always go to Grace in the future!
The clinic is beautiful and has a really nice staff.
I took my college aged daughter there last year for constant allergy issues and love the place. Very friendly and very helpful. Easy to get in and out and they always are very nice people.
I go to this clinic my Dr. Cobos is at this location n I like Grace Clinic!!
