Haven’t been there in years but the experience and care was just as good as the last time.
Loved the change of pace, the hospitality, the attention to detail, and LOVED DR Backdash! For the first time since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, Dr Backdash took the time to explain to me my diagnosis and how it works in my body and what course of action we are going to take to get me back on track. After having such a hard time for the past few months with this condition, I was actually relieved today after seeing him. The lab tech and ultrasound tech were also amazing and so very friendly!

Like the wheelchairs at the entrance. Disappointed with some doctor's nurses that don't return calls. Like that almost all of my doctors are at Grace Clinic. Had a good experience with the Walk In Clinic. Happy that Dr. Day is really trying to help me with my pain even though he thinks that I am getting old. Like the lab and imaging for care and promptness.
Love my doctors and their nurses. Very efficient !
I called yesterday to make my ANNUAL appointment. Same appointment I've made, with the same Dr. For 30 years (obviously he hasn't always been at Grace Clinic) I was told I had a balance on my account and they sent me to the billing department. I was told I had a balance on my account of 88.00, would I like to pay this?? I told the lady on the phone I should never have a balance, my Insurance pays 100% of wellness.
